Acceptance of Terms

By using Nassau, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Nassau is a golf betting scorecard and settlement tracking app. It helps golfers track Nassau-style bets, keep score, settle up with friends, and view performance analytics. Nassau facilitates record-keeping between players but does not process, hold, or transfer money.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nassau.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Manipulate scores or game data fraudulently.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Use the app in any jurisdiction where golf betting is prohibited by law.

Betting Disclaimer

Nassau is a scorecard and record-keeping tool. All bets are private social wagers between friends. Nassau does not operate as a gambling platform, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate money transmission. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the app complies with local laws.

Subscriptions

• Nassau Pro is an optional premium subscription that provides additional analytics and AI-powered features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Settlements

Nassau provides deep links to third-party payment services (Venmo) for convenience. We are not responsible for any payment disputes, failed transactions, or issues with third-party payment providers. All financial settlements are solely between the involved players.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Nassau are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nassau is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activities.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
